1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SitePilotPro website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SitePilotPro provides professional website design, development, and maintenance services. The scope of each project is determined by the service plan selected (Scout, Voyager, or Explorer) and any additional agreements made in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Setup fees are due before project work begins.
  • Recurring maintenance and support fees are billed on the schedule specified in your selected plan (monthly or weekly).
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is resolved.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed for your project
  • Review and respond to proofs, drafts, and communications in a timely manner
  • Ensure that content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website deliverables created specifically for your project. SitePilotPro retains the right to use the completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Scope

Each service plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before work proceeds.

7. Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once project work has commenced. If you cancel before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued. Recurring fees that have already been billed are non-refundable for the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

SitePilotPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, outstanding balances become immediately due. We will provide you with any completed project files upon request and final payment.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for quality and reliability, we do not guarantee that your website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
